Rotary torque transducer Non-contact transmission type CPT8

The dynamometer has been designed to measure static and dynamic torque on rotating machines, test stands and automatic tightening systems.

The dynamometer measures the HOURLY torque with a POSITIVE voltage output or the ANTI-CLOCKWISE torque with the NEGATIVE voltage output.

For correct operation and good meaurement accuracy, it is necessary to prepare :

2 SHAFT COUPLINGS with bellows or disc pack according to nominal torque and rotation speed (max 4000 rot/min)

1 ADJUSTABLE BRACKET which allows, during the installation phase, to align the sensor with the two junction shafts (tolerance +/- 0.1 mm)

The assembly of the couplings to the dynamometer should be done disconnected from the machine (system) with the dynamometer connected to the display, thus verifying in real time that no unwanted torque, bending and tension are generated with possible overload of the dynamometer.
