Mineral insulated thermocouple with bare wire output – CO series

This sturdy and foldable thermocouple model is ideal for temperature measurement up to 1200 ° C in solid, liquid or gaseous environments.

The two thermocouple wires are insulated in compacted magnesia in an Inconel 600 sheath (or 316L stainless steel for the T type thermocouple). Other sheath materials are available on request.

MESUREX manufactures this type of thermocouple regularly according to specific requests (diameter, length, hot weld isolated from the mass, to the mass, exposed for an optimized response time…).

This thermocouple can be used immediately, but it is better to integrate a compensated connector into it.

Nature of the sheath : Inconel 600 standard (Inox 316L for T type) /(Inox 310, Inox 321, Pyrosil D, Nicrobel… on request)

Accuracy : Class 1 according to standard NF EN 60584-1 (Class 2 or Class 3 depending on temperature) – Standard or Special according to standard ASTM E230 / E230M (for AMS 2750E applications)

Diameter (D) : 0,5 / 1 / 1,5 / 2 / 3 / 4,5 / 6 mm

Length (L) : 100 / 300 / 500 mm standard (other on request)

Connection: bare wires on 10 mm
